Dr. Grace Fabrizia advocates for a holistic approach that prioritizes nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and emotional wellness, empowering individuals and families to take control of their health journeys. She emphasizes patient education, shared decision-making, and compassionate care, guiding each patient with the knowledge and support needed to make meaningful changes. Her goal is to reduce unnecessary dependency on long-term medications and foster a life of vitality, resilience, and balance.

Milestones: A Journey of Growth, Purpose & Care
Graduated in Medicine with a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I didn’t know exactly where the journey would take me — but I knew I wanted to practice medicine with purpose and humanity at its core.
Graduation
2015 – The Beginning: When Loss Became Purpose
After losing someone very dear to me, I realized that family is life’s most precious asset. That moment shaped my path: I chose Family Medicine to stay close to people — not only in illness, but in their most human experiences. I began my career as a doctor in out-of-hours care (Continuità Assistenziale), responding to urgent patient needs with empathy and dedication.
2016–2019 – Family Medicine Residency: From Hospital Wards to Community Clinics
Completed my residency in Family Medicine, training across hospital wards and general practice clinics. These years taught me the importance of continuity of care and gave me the skills to manage everything from acute conditions to chronic illnesses — always with a whole-person approach.
2019–2021 – The COVID-19 Realization
Worked as an Emergency Physician at Tattarella General Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a time of intensity and reflection. I witnessed how fragile health can be — and how essential it is to protect it before illness arises. That experience led me to specialize in Lifestyle Medicine, to help others take back control of their well-being.
2021–2022 – Prevention and Public Health
Practiced within the Italian National Health System, offering community-based care focused on prevention, education, and early intervention — reaffirming my belief that healthcare should empower, not just treat
2022 – A New Chapter in Life: Marriage
In 2022, I got married. Sharing life with someone who supports your purpose is a beautiful and grounding force. That year taught me how love, partnership, and emotional balance are just as essential to well-being as diet and movement. Connection is medicine, too.
2023 – A Leap to Dubai
Moved to Dubai with my husband to embrace an international and multicultural approach to healthcare. I began working at Helena Taylor Women’s Health Clinic (DHCC), continuing to care for women and families, with a strong focus on integrative medicine.
2023 – Present | Aster Royal Clinic – Arabian Ranches
Currently serving a vibrant family community in Dubai, where I offer personalized care for children, adults, and patients with chronic conditions, combining clinical medicine with lifestyle interventions.
2024 – Board-Certified in Lifestyle Medicine: Knowledge Meets Life
I earned my international board certification in Lifestyle Medicine while pregnant — an experience that brought theory and real life into perfect alignment.
Studying how lifestyle impacts health while growing a life inside me made everything more tangible: I wasn’t just learning for my patients, but also applying it to myself.
It taught me that prevention is powerful, but only when it’s lived with kindness and balance. I learned how small, sustainable choices — from mindful eating to restorative sleep — can deeply impact both physical and emotional health.
This journey helped me become not just a more prepared physician, but also a more present woman and future mother.
2025 – Becoming a Mother: My Greatest Joy
Becoming a mother transformed my perspective — as a doctor and as a woman. It deepened my empathy, shifted my priorities, and reminded me that health is a long-term gift we pass on to our children. This will always be my most meaningful role.
